As a Sales head, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our steel making additives. Your responsibilities will include sales funnel tracking, setting sales targets, conducting market research, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will report directly to Directors and other Manager Sales and collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver results. Key Qualification Education: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes. Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel long distances as required for business purposes. Target-oriented mindset: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets of the team with a strong focus on results. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards overall success of the sales team. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities. Effective Communication: Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly too potential clients, addressing their queries. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges faced by the sales team. Technical Proficiency Industry & Product Knowledge: - To be articulate about product features and benefits. Coordinating Skills: - You will have to keep track of all the active enquires. Tack of purchase pattern of each customer and red flag any change in it.
