We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized therapy programs for children with a range of developmental and sensory-motor difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children to identify strengths and areas of need in fine motor, sensory, cognitive, and self-care skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and therapeutic goals. Use child-centered, play-based, and evidence-based interventions to support developmental progress. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Provide parent education, home programs, and guidance Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, psychologists, and Sepecial educators. Maintain accurate clinical records, session notes, and progress reports in a timely and confidential manner. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development activities. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative clinic environment.
