Senior Business Development Manager/Director (US/UAE Focus) - Digital Marketing & Custom Software Solutions About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager/Director to spearhead our expansion efforts within the US and UAE markets. This role is crucial for our growth, requiring an individual who is not just a salesperson, but a strategic lead generation expert and deal closer for high-value Digital Marketing and Custom Software Development projects. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced AI tools and automation techniques to build and manage a robust, efficient sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Lead Generation & Pipeline Management • Targeted Outreach: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in the US and UAE who require complex digital marketing services (e.g., Paid Ads, SEO, Performance Marketing) and/or bespoke software development solutions. • Multi-Channel Expertise: Execute high-volume, highly effective lead generation strategies using: • Cold Calling/Telesales: Conduct expert cold calling and follow-ups to initiate conversations and qualify leads. • LinkedIn Outreach: Develop and execute sophisticated, personalized LinkedIn outreach and engagement campaigns. • Email Marketing: Design, implement, and manage targeted email marketing sequences for nurturing and conversion. • Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule and confirm high-quality appointments and demos with qualified decision-makers (C-suite, Directors, VPs). 2. Sales Automation & CRM Management • AI-Driven Automation: Design and implement a cutting-edge sales automation process using the latest AI tools (e.g., for lead scoring, personalized content generation, task automation) to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. • CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track the entire sales cycle, forecasting, and reporting. 3. Deal Closing & Communication • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and successfully close high-value deals for digital marketing retainers and custom software projects. • Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our solutions. • Communication Excellence: Maintain clear, persuasive, and professional written and verbal communication throughout the sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years in a senior sales/business development role, specifically generating leads and closing deals for Digital Marketing Services and Custom Software Development (or IT Services). • Market Focus: Extensive experience and understanding of the business landscape and decision-makers within the US and/or UAE markets is mandatory. • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to implement and manage Sales Automation processes using contemporary AI tools. • Expert-level proficiency in CRM management. • Highly skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern email marketing platforms. • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of core digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, performance marketing) and the custom software development lifecycle. • Communication: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. • Mindset: Highly skilled, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient individual with a strong commitment to hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
