Ensure zero customer complaints by proactively addressing issues and implementing corrective measures to enhance the customer experience. Customer Delight Index (CDI) Management. Monitor and maintain high Customer Delight Index (CDI) scores by ensuring consistent, superior service quality across all customer touchpoints. SOP Compliance for NSC (NEXA Score Card). Implement and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the showroom to meet or exceed CDI parameters, aiming for the highest possible score in the NEXA Score Card (NSC) evaluation. Showroom Discipline & Facility Management. Conduct regular checks to ensure showroom cleanliness, staff discipline, and optimal facility conditions, contributing to a premium customer experience. Monitoring NEF Calls. Supervise and analyze NEF (NEXA Experience Feedback) Calls to evaluate customer feedback post-visit, identify service gaps, and initiate improvements where necessary.
