Reels & Social Media Designer

We are seeking a creative all-rounder who excels in shooting, editing, and designing content that captivates audiences and fosters engagement. If you enjoy browsing through Reels, saving inspirational ideas, possessing a knack for transitions and trending audio, and have a passion for crafting compelling videos and Instagram posts, then this role is tailor-made for you. Your primary role will involve being the driving force behind the visual and video content for Kosamattam Digital and our array of client brands. Responsibilities: - Shooting and editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos encompassing trending formats and client-specific content. - Crafting attention-grabbing Instagram/Facebook posts, carousels, and stories. - Contributing innovative ideas for content calendars and brand campaigns. - Remaining abreast of trends, memes, music, transitions, and Reels techniques. - Collaborating closely with the social media manager and designer. - Occasional on-screen appearances or directing others in front of the camera, as required. Skills We're Seeking: - Proficiency in mobile editing applications such as InShot, CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush. - Strong visual acumen and fundamental graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. - Sound comprehension of social media trends and strategies for audience engagement. - Capability to work autonomously and adhere to content deadlines. - Bonus: Proficiency in photography or motion graphic skills. This position is offered as full-time and permanent, operating on a day shift at our in-person work location.,
