Reels Editor cum Graphic Designer

Overview

We're looking for a Reels Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our team of creative enthusiasts.

Years of Experience

1-3 years of work experience in an agency or relevant setup in the field of creative design and video editing is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret the design linguistics, brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging for each client and apply them consistently to all creative work.
• Design brand creatives for social media, marketing channels, presentations, decks, and other collaterals.
• Edit, produce, and optimize engaging short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) as per campaign requirements.
• Create motion graphics, text overlays, and simple animations for videos and digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with the content team and clients to develop integrated visual campaigns and brainstorm creative ideas.
• Ensure all produced visual assets like graphics or videos consistently meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design and short-form video trends, particularly for social and mobile-first content.
• Take and incorporate feedback from internal and client teams to improve both graphic and video work.

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent design and Reels/video editing tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
• Experience and comfort in editing Reels/short-form videos is mandatory, including exposure to motion graphics and basic animation.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for current design and video trends.
• No UI/UX responsibilities; focus is on graphic design, social, and motion content only.

Work Culture

• Mon-Fri (9 am - 6 pm), with flexible working hours.
• Work location: WOCO Spaces, No 11/38, 4th Floor, Status Quo Building, Sterling Rd, Seetha Nagar, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600034.
• Work in an agency setup, collaborating closely with content teams and clients to produce necessary designs and videos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
