Role Overview: As a Reel Maker at Digital Marketing StudioGenix LLP, your main responsibility will be to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and trending content formats. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels & Shorts) for various digital platforms. - Utilize tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-based video editing tools to create polished content. - Independently handle iPhone-based video shoots, ensuring proper angles, lighting, framing, and stabilization. - Brainstorm concepts, scripts, and creative ideas in collaboration with the team. - Maintain consistent brand identity and visual style across all content. - Utilize AI tools for auto-editing, trend-based cutting, caption generation, visual enhancement, AI voiceover, and AI templates. - Stay updated with the latest trends, reels formats, trending audio, and algorithms. - Manage video assets, backups, and organized project files efficiently. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI video creation & editing tools like CapCut AI, Runway, Veed, etc. - Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling, transitions, and pacing. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of shooting techniques including lighting, composition, and angles. - Must own an iPhone for shooting Reels and be comfortable shooting independently. - Good sense of timing, audio-video sync, and visual creativity. - Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
