We’re on a mission to make good design accessible, and we’re growing fast across Instagram and pop-up experiences. Now, we’re looking to grow our digital footprint even further and we need a Performance Marketing Executive to help us scale. What you'll do: Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, etc. Track KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversions — and scale them up Collaborate with design/content teams to create killer creatives Manage ad budgets smartly and spot performance trends Stay sharp on ad platform updates and user behavior shifts What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns A love for data, dashboards, and conversions Proven success with ad spend management Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and ad analytics Bonus: Experience working with D2C brands or in e-commerce 🎯 If you're obsessed with ads, ROI, and scaling smart — this is your playground.
