The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business for the company. The role involves handling client queries, designing customized travel solutions, coordinating with internal teams (operations, sales, and reservations), and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Sales & Business Development Service Coordination Customer Support & Feedback Reporting & Documentation Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving capabilities. Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and tourism trends. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in travel/tourism. Familiarity with North East India destinations (Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh) will be an added advantage. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
