About the Role: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Phlebotomist Trainers to join our team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular hands-on and theoretical training sessions for phlebotomists in the assigned zone. Ensure trainees follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and industry best practices. Travel within the assigned zone to facilitate on-site training as required. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in phlebotomy or a related medical field. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or supervising clinical staff is highly desirable. Strong understanding of phlebotomy techniques, infection control, and patient handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic zone. Preferred Attributes: Certified in phlebotomy or medical laboratory technology.
