Role & Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, universities, training centers, etc.) Conduct product demonstrations (online & in-person) to showcase the value of our software solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, directors, HODs, administrators). Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates. Key Skills & Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus). 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (EdTech/Software/IT/SaaS preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
