Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at RedForest, based in Puducherry, with opportunities for partial work from home. As a Co-Founder, you will oversee the strategic direction and growth of the venture, including planning, marketing, fundraising, and partnership building. Other responsibilities include designing business strategies, conducting market research, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to sales initiatives and operational efficiency to promote the organization’s ethos of sustainable and mindful living. Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, articulate the vision, and foster collaborations Proven experience in sales and marketing with an ability to drive business growth Passion for sustainability, eco-friendly initiatives, and mindful living is highly desirable Leadership capability with experience in business development or entrepreneurship This is partership role no salary investment required
