Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of interior projects. This includes estimating, cost control, procurement, and contract administration. As a Site Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of cost and financial management for interior projects. - Conduct estimating, cost control, procurement, and contract administration. - Oversee day-to-day operations on-site for timely and quality project completion. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for the Quantity Surveyor position. - Diploma or certification in construction management or a related field for the Site Supervisors. - Previous experience in interior projects will be an advantage.,
