Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will also work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful execution of business strategies. Qualifications Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong Account Management and Business skills Excellent Communication skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the recycling or waste management industry is a plus

We work with corporates, institutions, and communities to promote awareness, ensure compliance, and implement responsible waste management practices. Role Overview You will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and promoting Recytronics’ e-waste recycling and compliance solutions. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, sales growth, and brand promotion. Key Responsibilities • Generate leads through research and networking. • Acquire and manage clients in corporate, industrial, and institutional sectors. • Achieve sales targets and prepare proposals/agreements. • Represent the company at industry events and sustainability forums. • Ensure services meet environmental compliance standards. • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular progress reports. KPIs • New clients acquired per month • Sales target achievement • Client retention rate • Event participation • Lead-to-sale conversion rate Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field. • 0–3 years’ experience in sales/business development (preferably in sustainability). • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of e-waste regulations (preferred). • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
