Create Video Content: Assist in creating fun and engaging videos related to recruitment topics, such as resume tips, job interview advice, career paths, and workplace culture. Collaborate with the Team: Work with the recruitment and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, develop scripts, and ensure the videos align with our brand and messaging. Learn Video Production: Gain hands-on experience with any video editing software and help edit footage, add graphics, music, and other fun elements to make the videos stand out. Social Media Management: Help adapt video content for different social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) and assist in engaging with the audience through comments and feedback. On-Camera Appearances (Optional): If you're comfortable, you may also have the chance to appear on camera to host or co-host vlogs and add your personality to the videos.
