About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for open positions across India. 2. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience. 3. Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to qualify candidates. 4. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. 5. Partner with Human Resources to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. 6. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Requirements: 1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role. 2. Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across technical and non-technical roles. 3. Creative sourcing techniques. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
