Location: Ahmedabad Job Overview Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving customer success? We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our team in Ahmedabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing client satisfaction and retention by working closely with our sales, product, and support teams. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless onboarding, managing key accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth and upselling. Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to gauge client satisfaction and pinpoint areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure efficient onboarding and continuous account management. Drive client retention and explore upselling opportunities. Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions. Collect and analyze client feedback to provide actionable insights for product and service enhancements. Influence product development by working closely with product management and other internal teams to address client needs. Manage deployment and support for customers across international markets. Eligibility Criteria Education: B.Tech & MBA from Top Tier University Experience: 2 to 6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing international clients. Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer success principles, strategies, and best practices. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and experience in tracking and interpreting customer metrics. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on Experience: Strong grasp of client onboarding and hands-on experience with customer success metrics. Project Management: Knowledge of project management and experience with tools like Jira or Asana for creating onboarding and implementation plans.
