Position: HR Head Industry: Toys Manufacturing Location: Kundli, Sonipat Employment Type: Full-Time | Senior Level Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head with a strong background in the Toys Manufacturing Industry . The HR Head will be responsible for leading the human resources function, formulating HR strategies, managing end-to-end HR operations, and building a productive and compliant workforce aligned with the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management . Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks tailored to the manufacturing and production environment. Drive workforce planning and optimization to ensure productivity across manufacturing, moulding, assembly, and other departments. Build effective recruitment pipelines to source talent specific to toys manufacturing roles including production, moulding, assembly, QC, and robotics operations. Develop and lead initiatives for employee engagement, motivation, and retention . Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws applicable to the manufacturing sector. Oversee the training & development programs for skill enhancement across technical and operational teams. Monitor and drive performance appraisal systems , providing feedback and career growth paths. Act as a key liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work culture . Handle grievance redressal and ensure resolution of employee concerns in a timely manner. Partner with department heads to support their manpower needs and drive HR support for factory and production activities. Desired Candidate Profile: Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Minimum 7-12 years of HR experience , with at least 5 years in the Toys Manufacturing sector or similar industries (Plastic, Moulding, FMCG, etc.). Deep understanding of manufacturing HR practices, factory HR operations, and statutory compliance . Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills . Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite . Sound knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and other compliance mandates . Ability to manage HR activities for a mid to large manufacturing workforce . Compensation: Attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications. Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for technical and field staff across telecom and OFC projects (e.g., BharatNet). Drive HR operations including payroll, compliance, statutory filings (EPF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Oversee performance appraisal systems and help build a culture of accountability and merit. Manage HRMS tools and reporting dashboards. Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Design and implement employee engagement, training, and retention programs. Support project-specific manpower planning, especially for field deployments in West Bengal and the Northeast. Maintain alignment with labor laws, contractor compliance, and internal HR policies. Eligibility Criteria: Master s Degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA-HR preferred). 8 12 years of experience in core HR functions, with at least 3+ years in a senior managerial capacity. Prior experience in managing HR for infrastructure, telecom, EPC, or field-intensive companies is highly desirable. Strong understanding of HR legal frameworks, payroll processes, and recruitment pipelines. Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Skills Required: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with HRMS systems and data reporting. Conflict management and strong ethical judgment. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
