As a Marketing professional at OmnniTron, you will play a crucial role in engaging with various stakeholders, from Company Owners to local vendors and job applicants. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing OmnniTron's services and participating in recruitment activities across Odisha. To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria: - Possess a vehicle for transportation. - Hold an MBA degree in HR & Marketing. - Demonstrate prior knowledge or internship experience in HR & Marketing. - Have strong communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals, including those from different socio-economic backgrounds. - Be self-reliant and creative in strategizing marketing activities, utilizing available resources effectively. The successful candidate will need to work independently, without heavy reliance on the senior team or colleagues, to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Performance will be closely monitored, with attendance and results being key indicators of success. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from 12k to 15k, along with fuel reimbursement (upon bill submission) and incentives. The working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, with occasional rotational shifts. Additional benefits include paid sick time, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
