Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager at Wipro Limited, your role involves developing and executing recruiting plans to meet the lateral hiring requirements of the business group. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and Deploying Recruitment Plans: - Creating recruitment plans to meet quarterly lateral hiring targets by understanding business projections and talent requirements - Designing recruitment drives calendar, sourcing plans, and functional roadmap to meet hiring targets - Obtaining leadership and business buy-in on the plan - Maintaining and revising plans to incorporate new requirements or changes in talent projections - Communicating with Business Teams for support required during recruitment drives - Managing Candidate Experience: - Conducting candidate connect and pre-hiring engagement activities - Providing training and mentoring to recruiters on clear communication and best behavior - Ensuring adherence to Wipro guidelines, processes, and protocols in candidate communication - Resolving candidate concerns and managing escalations to deliver superior candidate experience - Driving Execution of Recruitment Operations: - Operationalizing the functional plan with recruiters and assigning recruitment drives - Allocating and monitoring recruitment targets to recruiters - Overseeing timely planning and execution of recruitment events - Conducting HR interviews for senior candidates and reviewing team dashboards daily - Ensuring compliance with defined recruitment processes and tools - Reviewing and approving all hiring to ensure fitment within Wipro's salary range - Team Management: - Forecasting talent requirements and hiring adequate resources - Providing onboarding and training for team members - Driving retention, engagement, and diversity in the team - Setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to direct reports Additionally, as part of Wipro, you will be contributing to the reinvention of the company in the digital transformation space.
