Role Overview: You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers experiencing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the issues, recommending the best plan to the customer, and selling technical support plans along with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the problem effectively and provide appropriate solutions - Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers Qualifications: - Minimum educational qualification required is 10+2 Additional Information: The company offers various benefits and facilities to employees, including a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, 24 leaves in a year, comp offs, birthday leaves, attractive incentives, no extension of shift timings, and a friendly working environment. Candidate Profile: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following: - Good communication skills in English - Experience in outbound tech support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Ability to close calls effectively - Strong convincing and sales skills Note: Candidates must be able to join immediately. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month (fixed) with additional huge incentives. The shift timings are in the US shift from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, working 6 days a week.
