About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other creative methods 2. Personalize outreach messages to candidates based on research and role requirements 3. Schedule candidate screenings and manage follow-up communication with candidates 4. Use generative AI tools when necessary to support sourcing, messaging, and research tasks 5. Collaborate with the internal recruiter to meet weekly outreach and screening goals 6. Manage multiple sourcing projects under tight timelines Requirements: 1. Be based in India with a reliable internet and computer setup 2. Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English communication skills 3. Show familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and Reddit 4. Work independently and stay accountable in a remote role 5. Use or be willing to learn AI tools to streamline sourcing 6. Be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated 7. Display grit and resilience 8. Communicate clearly and effectively 9. Adapt quickly and think critically 10. Manage time effectively 11. Proactively seek learning opportunities Work Schedule: 1. Work full-time remotely for approximately 40 hours per week 2. Maintain flexibility in schedule while being available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST for: a. Daily team check-ins b. Scheduled meetings and feedback sessions 3. Ensure reliability and responsiveness Compensation: 1. Receive a base pay of 6,000/month 2. Earn 150 per qualified candidate screening (must attend) 3. Earn 75,000 per successful placement 4.
