Handle *end-to-end recruitment* for multiple positions and clients.
* Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
* Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and job requirements.
