Role & responsibilities 1. Design Engineer for preparation of GTPs, BOM etc. 2, Candidate should have minimum 4 years experience in cable designing from any reputed cable company. 3. He should have knowledge of preparing BOMs & GTPs (Domestic) of cables & conductors. 4. He should have a strong hold in Indian and International specifications for designing , making datasheet , drawing and QAP for different domestic clients and international clients. Seeking to use team leadership and designing skills for better optimization and cost economics in cable design engineering. 5.Coordinating with the production and planning teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders. 6.Technical support to sales and marketing team to address customer queries, secure orders and obtain approvals Preferred candidate profile Provide optimized cable designs in compliance with the clients technical specification and requirements Preparing technical datasheets, drawing and a quality assurance plan for the design scope outlined in the tender documents for export clients Assess the raw material consumption report for manufacturing of cables Knowledge of cable standards : IS, IEC, BS, AS/NZS Design and costing of different types of Electric cables like HT, LT, Intrusmentation cables, Railway signaling cables etc. based on Indian and International standards Prepared technical datasheets, drawings and quality assurance plans for the design outlined in the tender documents for domestic and export tenders Provided solutions to all client specific technical queries
