About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their HR career while contributing to core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, HR operations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with recruitment and interview coordination. 2. Support onboarding and employee documentation. 3. Handle basic employee queries and help with engagement activities. 4. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. 5. Update employee data and records in the HRIS system. 6. Assist in implementing HR policies and processes. 7.
