We are Hiring.....!

Recovery / Collection Executives - 2Nos

Location - Chettikulangara

Collections/Recovery:Actively collect overdue payments and EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) from customers, potentially including RC books and other related documents.
Account Management:Handle delinquent accounts in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Customer Communication:Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and address customer inquiries and grievances.
Legal Action:Initiate legal proceedings if necessary, following company guidelines and legal regulations.
Reporting:Provide regular reports on recovery activities to management and Zonal Office.
Data Analysis:Study debtor's financial positions to identify collection opportunities.
Problem Solving:Identify and address reasons for late repayments and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
Collaboration:Work collaboratively with various departments, including legal, to achieve recovery goals.
Social Pressure (in some cases):Utilize social pressure (guarantors, relatives, etc.) to encourage repayment before resorting to legal action.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
