In this role, you will provide support to our APAC & EMEA-based teams with working hours from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST, Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the monthly closing processes within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function following IGAAP standards. - Reconciling balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly. - Supporting the preparation of tax and statutory documents such as STPI and FEMA. - Computing Advance tax in accordance with the Income-tax Act, 1961 on a quarterly basis. - Assisting in tax returns preparation and filing. - Compiling financial statements, including Notes to Accounts based on Schedule III requirements annually. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and controls. - Coordinating with Statutory auditors to finalize financial numbers and obtain sign-offs. - Assisting in internal audits to ensure adherence to financial and operational guidelines. - Having hands-on experience in NetSuite will be an added advantage. - Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Qualification And Experience: - Strong Finance background, Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must. - Over 14 years of professional experience, preferably experience working with a Big 4. - Strong expertise in Account-to-Report (A2R) or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. - Proven experience in managing and driving change management initiatives. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Strong project management skills, successfully managing finance transformation projects from inception to completion. - Understanding of ERP systems and financial modules. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
