Hands-on experience with plastic recycling processes, especially involving washing lines, grinders, and extruders. Familiarity with blown film extrusion, printing, and bag-making processes. Knowledge in troubleshooting equipment and processes. Advantageous: Expertise in testing plastic films and resins. Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the manufacturing plant, which specializes in the recycling of flexible plastics. Handle day-to-day challenges in the recycling plant, ensuring smooth operations of washing lines, grinders, and extruders. Supervise the bag manufacturing unit, including blown film extrusion, printing, and bag making processes. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues in the recycling and manufacturing processes to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production flow. Quality Assurance: Ensure that daily production targets are met while maintaining key quality parameters. Conduct regular checks to guarantee that products meet the required standards and specifications. Sustainability Focus: Embrace and promote sustainability in all aspects of the manufacturing process. Reporting: Provide daily reports on production metrics, quality control, and operational issues to the management team.
