Role & responsibilities Proficient in various plastic manufacturing processes including extrusion, recycling, and bag manufacturing. Hands-on experience with plastic recycling processes, especially involving washing lines, grinders, and extruders. Familiarity with blown film extrusion, printing, and bag-making processes. Knowledge in troubleshooting equipment and processes. Advantageous: Expertise in testing plastic films and resins Preferred candidate profile Plastic Manufacturing Industry Should be ready to work for Night Shifts as our Factory runs 24 hours.

Role & responsibilities We are looking for dedicated and experienced HR Manager to Manage overall HR functions of our Plastic Recycling factory. The Role Involves handling end-to-end HR Operations related to workers attendance, employee welfare, statutory compliance under Factories Act, ESI, PT and PF etc Preferred candidate profile Sound Knowledge of Labour laws and statutory compliance for factory. Not a problem if the candidate is ready to relocate Accomodatiion shall not be provided by the Company. Good Communication and People Management.
