As a working student, you will support our Analytics Team in the care and advancement of our Business Intelligence and Data Platform. You will be the primary contact for support requests, assist in error analysis, and collaborate closely with our Data Architects and Developers. Your responsibilities include providing 1st-level support for BI and data applications (e.g., Fabric, Tableau, Azure), maintaining Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate), assisting in user management, rights assignment, and documentation, analyzing and resolving technical issues in the BI environment, contributing to quality assurance and testing of new features, and creating user manuals and training materials. Analytical thinking, structured work approach, high service orientation, good communication skills in German and/or English, willingness to work in a team or independently, eagerness to learn and quick adaptability, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.,
