Receptionist/Administrator

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Clinical Manager who will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in managing day-to-day clinic operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle both administrative and patient coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Handling:

• Greet and assist patients warmly upon arrival.
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online bookings.
• Maintain patient records and billing details accurately.

Clinic Administration:

• Supervise the clinic’s daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate between patients and physiotherapists for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and readiness of the reception and treatment areas.
• Monitor and manage inventory (stationery, therapy consumables, etc.).
• Handle cash collections, receipts, and daily transaction records.

Management & Support:

• Oversee front-desk staff (if any) and assist in basic HR coordination.
• Support clinic promotional activities and social media updates when required.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on patient flow and revenue.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with clinic policies and service standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, or healthcare-related field preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in clinic/hospital front office or management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, basic accounting, and online communication tools.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Pleasant personality, patient-friendly, and responsible attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
