Roles and Responsibilities
Daily Handling Inward and Outward Register records, Maintain Visitors registers, Attending calls on intercom. Daily Maintaining and distribution of Uniforms and stocks. Processing employment forms of New recruitment. Maintaining Daily Attendance records of staff biometric and manual registers. Generating UAN & ESIC Numbers for new recruitment. Daily updating of new recruitment with all kyc details in ERP Software. Coordinating and lodging complaints with Essential requirements like broadband, telephone , maintenance , society, electricity etc. Daily checking of emails received. Filing and other works as required from time to time.
