Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Welcome parents, students, visitors, and staff professionally.
Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and messages.
Assist parents with admissions-related inquiries and school information.
Maintain student records, files, registers, and other office documents.
Coordinate with teachers, management, and other school staff.
Manage appointments, visitor entries, and daily reception activities.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry.
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: graduation preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
Pleasant personality with a polite and professional attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Previous experience in a school or educational institution will be an advantage.
Ability to interact patiently and professionally with parents and young children.
