Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:

  • Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Customer Service: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries.
  • Record Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records.
  • Office Operations: Managing office supplies, facilities maintenance, and event coordination.
  • Financial Support: Assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Communication: Ensuring effective communication within the team and with external parties.
  • Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
