Job Description

Receptionist Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and couriers.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
Provide support to office management and HR when required.

Pay: ₹8,028.25 - ₹10,361.17 per month
