Job Description

● Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner. ● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. ● Schedule and manage appointments, calendars, and meeting room bookings. ● Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages. ● Handle basic inquiries and direct more complex issues or requests to the appropriate staff members. ● Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges). ● Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies, place orders, and verify receipt of items. ● Perform other clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. ● Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
