We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 18 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in FMCG, Retail, Banking & Microfinance Finance, Real estate, Insurance, Pharma, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2700 employees in ore than 850 branches over India. * Min eligibility criteria of applicants:- Working hours:- 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (should able to work in between) Gender and Marital Status:- Married female who is not more than 38 years of age will be given preference. Salary:- Rs. 12,000-15,000/- pm + others (negotiable) Require Basic Key Skills:- Fluent in speaking English. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and internet.. Work experience and qualification:- FRESHER or experienced. Require min Bachelor degree. Job responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and assist direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to concern department or person. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone calls and emails.
