We are authorized super stockist of spares parts, lubricants, tyre's, batteries and accessories and others of two wheeler ROYAL ENFIELD , TVS, Honda, Royal Enfield, Bajaj, Hero, working on Pan U.P. since last 40 Yr's and our Head Quarter based in Lucknow. Job Location:- Transportnagar, Lucknow - Only permanent resident OR natives of Lucknow will be interviewed and selected. Job Description:- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications and key skills:- Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Automobile background (preferred). Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing,and shipping of goods. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and meet operational objectives. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of warehouse activities with overall business operations. Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conduct regular stock counts, and implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and stockouts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to safety protocols. Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity and minimize errors in order fulfillment processes. Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, efficiency, and inventory accuracy, for management review.
