Job Description

Job Summary: We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships. Your goal will be to effectively communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Make outbound calls*: Contact potential customers and prospects via phone to promote products or services. 2. *Generate leads*: Identify and qualify leads, and pass them on to the sales team. 3. *Build relationships*: Develop relationships with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide solutions. 4. *Meet targets*: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. 5. *Data entry*: Accurately update customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system. 6. *Collaboration*: Work with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion of leads. Skills and Qualifications: 1. *Excellent communication skills*: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively over the phone. 2. *Results-driven*: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. 3. *Organized and efficient*: Ability to manage multiple calls, leads, and customer interactions simultaneously. 4. *Positive attitude*: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor. 5. *Technical skills*: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
