Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Counsellor to join our team at TSO – Computer & Spoken English Institute. The role involves handling front-desk operations, attending to walk-in students/visitors, providing course information, counselling prospective students, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the front desk.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally.
• Counsel prospective students on computer and spoken English courses, understanding their needs and guiding them towards suitable programs.
• Maintain student enquiry records and follow up for conversions.
• Assist in admission formalities including registration, fee collection, and documentation.
• Coordinate with faculty and management for class scheduling and student support.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the front office and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Fresher or Experienced (training will be provided to freshers).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email, WhatsApp).
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle enquiries and counsel students effectively.
