Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist cum Counsellor at VIP Academy Pvt Ltd. The role is located in Ahmedabad. The Receptionist cum Counsellor will be responsible for 1. Counselling visitors for their needs like explaining courses and programme structures 2. Solving students’ problems and helping them learning 3. Reception management 4. General Admin activities 5. Facilitation in the classroom 6. Follow up for admissions and fees 7. Assisting in conducting exams, homework checking and paper checking, taking attendance 8. Solving queries of parents 9. Supervising housekeeping activities 10.
