Job Duties & Responsibilities

Handle Calls: Answer incoming phone calls, pass on messages, transfer callers to the right person, and report any dead phone lines.
Welcome Visitors: Greet guests and candidates, have them sign the visitor register, and direct them to the right cabin or desk.
Log Inquiries: Enter client details into the CRM within 30 minutes and keep track of follow-ups.
Help New Hires: Assist new joiners with their onboarding paperwork and explain basic office phone manners.
Manage the Front Desk: Keep the reception area clean, handle general admin tasks, and maintain simple daily work reports.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
