Job Description:
We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and proactive Receptionist to join our team at our NIT Faridabad office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of Google Sheets for daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
-Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
-Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
-Manage and update records using Google Sheets.
-Coordinate with internal departments for daily tasks.
-Handle courier dispatches, mail, and other front desk activities.
-Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
-Female candidate preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be comfortable working at the NIT Faridabad location.
-Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is mandatory.
-Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
-Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
