Job Opening: Receptionist cum Telecaller / Back Office Executive (Female)

Receptionist cum Telecaller / Back Office Executive
Gender: Female
Age Limit: 18–30 years

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(Lunch Break: 30 Minutes)

• 6-Month Contract Basis (as per candidate suitability)

Job Responsibilities: Telecalling & Communication

• Educational office calling for inquiries and follow-ups
• Handling admission-related calls & guiding students
• Counselling and converting leads into admissions
• Course sales with incentives

Back Office & Administrative Work

• Maintaining student records and office documentation
• Computer-based work, data entry, email handling
• DTP tasks and basic designing (posters, calendars, program lists)

Programme & Office Support

• Creating monthly/annual calendar-wise academic schedules
• Supporting the admission department
• Visiting outdoors (if necessary) for office-related tasks

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹7,500 – ₹15,000 (as per experience & skill)
• Incentives: Extra incentive for every admission (course sales)
• Extra Hours: Additional payment for overtime work
• Weekly Off: 1 Day per week (Saturday Or Sunday)

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Fluent in English / Bengali / Hindi
• Smart, presentable, and confident personality
• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing, DTP preferable)
• Professional behavior and polite speaking style
