Looking for telecaller ,who can manage below activities . Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Confirm appointments, reschedule, and follow up with patients. Explain clinic services, pricing (as instructed), and ongoing offers. Follow up on leads from social media, ads, and referrals. Maintain a daily call log and update CRM/software regularly.
