Job Description

We are hiring a Receptionist & Telecaller to manage front desk responsibilities and handle inbound and outbound calling. This role is perfect for candidates with strong communication skills who can professionally engage with parents, visitors, and leads, while handling basic administrative and data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Make outbound calls to parents and leads for follow-ups
  • Manage front desk operations and visitor inquiries
  • Maintain call records, registers, and office documents
  • Perform data entry and reporting work
  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
  • Polite, professional, and presentable personality
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
