Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers, making outbound calls to generate leads or follow up on sales, and providing information about the company’s products or services. You will play a key role in promoting the business and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to existing or potential customers to promote company products/services. Lead Generation: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and generate interest in company offerings. Customer Service: Provide information, clarify queries, and assist with any issues customers might have. Sales Support: Help customers with placing orders, booking appointments, and following up on orders or services. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and relevant feedback using CRM tools. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly or weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed. Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with prospects or customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships. Upselling/Cross-selling: Suggest additional services or products based on customer needs and interests. Documentation: Document customer details, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback to improve customer experience and product/service offerings. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of the local language (and English, if applicable). Ability to engage customers and establish rapport quickly. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. Personal Attributes: Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
