We're Hiring for Rebar Estimator (1–3 Years Experience – US Standards)

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Rebar Estimator with 1–3 years of experience working with US standards. If you're detail-oriented, technically sound, and ready to grow with a global team — we’d love to connect with you!

Qualifications :

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in rebar estimating (preferably for US projects)

Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of US standards, especially ACI, CRSI, and relevant codes
• Solid understanding of structural drawings, shop drawings, and detailing
• Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation software/tools (Like a ASA, etc.)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good coordination and teamwork skills — able to liaise with project teams, and clients
• Flexibility to handle multiple estimates/projects simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and adapt to US construction practices and standards

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Review structural and architectural drawings to quantify rebar requirements
• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for project planning
• Coordinate with engineers, and project managers to clarify scope, assumptions, and discrepancies
• Track and maintain records of all estimates, revisions, and supporting calculations
• Ensure estimates are delivered on schedule with a high level of quality and consistency
