Rebar Detailer - Production

Role Purpose:

Responsible for preparing accurate rebar shop drawings and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for structural

elements based on contract drawings, ensuring full compliance with Europe & UK standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings for structural components (slabs, beams, columns,

walls, foundations, etc.).

• Develop Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per project requirements.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and project standards before detailing.
• Ensure correct application of European & UK detailing codes in every drawing.
• Coordinate with design teams, modelers, and site engineers to resolve detailing issues.
• Meet daily/weekly production targets with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain revision control and proper documentation for all issued drawings.
• Provide support to the QC team by addressing correction comments.

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3 – 8 years of experience in rebar detailing (international projects preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in CADS RC / AutoCAD / Rebar CAD.
• Knowledge of reinforcement types, splice rules, laps, anchorage, and standard codes.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, rebar fixing practices, and tolerances.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
