About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Achieve and exceed daily/monthly targets for calls, meetings, site visits, and revenue generation 2. Identify customer needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions 3. Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients, including HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals) 4. Develop long-term relationships, focusing on customer delight 5. Meet sales targets, contributing to the organization's growth objectives 6. Ensure CRM data is updated and transparent, adhering to 100% compliance standards 7. Provide updated project information, including pricing, floor plans, brochures, and site plans, to clients and builders 8. Develop advanced selling skills and business acumen to grow into a Business Development Manager role 9. Spend 3-5 hours daily calling target customers (HNIs) and make 30-50 calls per day 10. Schedule and attend 8+ client meetings/month, aiming to close 2-3 property transactions 11. Maintain and manage client interactions in the CRM, ensuring real-time updates 12. Prepare project presentations and pitch projects effectively to clients 13. Adapt and thrive in a competitive real estate environment Compensation: 1. No bar for the right candidate 2. Graduation or postgraduation in another field will be considered, but they must have a flair for sales 12.
